Problems on multiple occasions.One example- I needed to cancel a flight.
After an hour on hold, twice, I went to the airport more than an my hour in advance to cancel the flight and rebook. (Where I live there were allegiant agents available only 2 days a week before flight time.). The line was long and by the time it was my turn the agent said it was less than an hour (50 minutes) before the flight and it couldn't be done. Actually, the agent wanted to but was told by someone on the phone in the back not to do it.
So the ticket plus the tripflex was worthless.
This is just one of several bad experiences, and the others are no better, but the thing to know about the airline is that they will never accommodate their customer when given the opportunity. Delta is more expensive but at least they are professional. Allegiant has a corner on direct service to some cities but their customer service is the absolute worst.
Competition would be nice.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Allegiant Air. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Allegiant Air to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
