Flight to Ft Lauderdale from Belleville, IL was delayed over an hour, waited for luggage upon arrival over an hour.Then received several calls from Alegiante that they had our luggage from Ft Lauderdale, Grand Rapids and Las Vegas when we had already received our bags.

Then on return flight back to Belleville, IL from Ft Lauderdale, received text that flight was delayed from 7:40 to 8:30 when in fact they were on time so missed flight even they claimed we were paged.

And could only get us back 3 days later for $75 each passenger.Customer Service was rude and uncooperative.

So a flight delay of under an hour caused you to miss a flight because you were in the airport and at the gate on time like you should be.

If I had a 7:40 flight, I would have been in the airport for that flight at the gate. I wouldn't have had to be paged.
