You advertise that it is better to get a package deal with your company; which is illegal false advertising. I will be sending this to the Better Business Bureau as well, because this is absurd.

My son & I purchased an airplane ticket package,..with flight, hotel, and car rental. Which we purchased together on our. When we got the Alamo car rental bill; they have charged us separately, ($106.89); in addition to what we had already paid to you (Allegiant Airlines) for the car rental! They said because you do not charge the taxes, and surcharges......Which already should have been in the fee you charged for the car rental......

. To rent a car for 4 days this is too much money ($240.14) charged for a 4 day rental car. I am on a widow's budget, and for you to take advantage of your customers is a scam!!!!

Allegiant air packages including airfare, hotel & car rental rates!!! No information given about you still have to pay for taxes, surcharges, and double the amount you you pay if you choose to go through the car rental company

They advertise a certain rate then once you go to purchase ticket they say you have to purchase a rental car to buy ticket.

It is always better to get the rental car separate from the rest, because then you are the rental car company's customer. They are more willing to help you, plus you know exactly what you will owe for the vehicle.

And yet you hit that little tick button saying you read and understood what you were getting into.

From their website...

"Car rental taxes, surcharges and fees are not part of your package price and will be collected directly by the rental car agent at time of auto rental pick up. These fees are common to all rental car companies and are based on car size and season. Fees may include Concession Recoupment Fee, Surcharge/Tire Battery Fee, License Recoupment Fee, state tax, and drop fee."

Just because you didn't read the rules correctly doesn't make it a scam.
