Rafael, The “general manager “ for allegiant in Richmond Va. should not even be a manager for McDonald’s.

My very first time flying with them delayed the plane for two hours because he didn’t know how to count. He had the flight attendants believed one of us was supposed to be on the plane when all along he forgot to scanned a customer at the gate.

Today he is very unprofessional calling customer “dawg” and he was having his personal conversations while I was standing to ask him a question. Allegiant should send this guy to some ethics and customer service classes.
