I can never Get them to answer their phone or when I call it is busy. I am having to have the Allegiant credit card company file a formal dispute so I am not charged an extra $140 to reschedule my flight.

We were on an allegiant flight On May 7 on a May 11 my husband came down with Covid on May 13 I came down with Covid today May 17 I tried to contact them to change my flight as a responsible passenger I am unable to get a hold of them so I have requested the Bank of America credit card company just dispute the $140 charge I have been required to pay to reschedule. We have flown Allegiant for years this is not the first time we have had to pay extra in fact a recent flight which was covered for flight coverage cancellation still charged me for rescheduling a flight I sent them two emails about it and have never gotten a response About it and never gotten a response

Flight time change

Hello. I just received a email stating my returning flight on June 15 2022 flight #513 has been changed by 4.5 hours then originally planned.

I would like to know if there is any other later time I can return? If not am I able to cancel and get a full refund as I am now scheduled to leave Las Vegas at 1630 and did have a meet scheduled for 1600 which will not work.

I have sent many emails and tried to chat with no luck.

I have called with a wait time of more than 2 hours. I cant afford paying long distance charges for that long of time.

Can someone just return one of the many emails I have sent to Allegiant air!!

Our flight was cancelled along with all other airlines due to tech issues. We were left with NOTHING! We had to find our way home, also another over night stay, and a car rental that we had to pay for because of this. When called alligiant, they told me it was due to weather. LIE LIE LIE. We want our car rental and over night stay refunded

My allegiance points

Got the allegiant card 4 years ago. Was supposed to receive 15,000 points plus 10,000 bonus. points. And they never expire so they say. At one point the points were on my statement. Tried to use them in October of 2021 for them to say I only have 10,000 points, I should have about 50,000. Can't seem to be able to reach customer service or anyone else to help me figure out what the problem is, and where my points went!

I've been emailing this airline since June 2021 and I'm still waiting for a response. I've called them more than 20 times and nothing! So guys be careful if you want to go somewhere with this airline

Need to extend a voucher

I have a voucher since I was unable to travel due to COVID. I have been trying for several weeks to reach customer service but have always been put on hold. After 2 hours of waiting I have been disconnected. Very frustrating.

Regarding confirmation BJQMTX.....one of the passengers is Jackson Ko. On the itinerary it shows his name as Ko Jackson. Could somebody please fix this so that there are no surprises at the Wichita, Ks. airport on December 26th?

Revision of 'In-Air" beverage service

During my last recent round trip flight from GRR-PGD the stewardess did a great job of explaining the "mask policy". However, I also noticed 3 individuals who used the beverage service to circumvent it.They ordered drinks and moved their masks off of their nose and mouth.

When they saw the stewardess heading down the aisle, on went the masks to be quickly removed as soon as the stewardess had passed. I am a retired doctor and with the transmissibility of Covid/Omicron, it is the responsibility of everyone to implement any change in protocol that will protect us all, particularly our employees. That being said, You should discontinue beverage and snack service on flights of less than 4 hours completely, thus forcing non-conformists to comply with airline regulations for the entire flight.

Implement the change please. It's the right thing to do.

I purchased insurance for that first round trip on Allegiant Air. It looks like it only applied to to outbound, and not the return flight, so I was under the impression both flights were covered when I accidentally canceled the return.

Bad experience with Allegiant Air.

Allegiant doesn't have working phones or doesn't answer them. You must rely on data to make flight changes. If that fails. Oh well, your flight is forfeiture. They have no problem taking your money. They will pass you around in circles from the front desk to the main office in Vegas with false details. Used them a lot in the past but my recent flying experience wasn't worth it, I'd rather drive I think.
