My suitcase repaired or replaced

Refund for bags

Still waiting for refund on checked baggage round trip. Paid upfront for 5 checked baggage round trip, only used 1 checked baggage round trip. Allegiant agent at the gate informed me that they couldn't refund at the check point but to contact company for refund. Unable to speak to a live representative. Paid through UPLIFT and they have yet to respond as well.

Have not received ticket refunds and it has been 4 weeks

Contacted ticket agent for refund said we would have it 10-14 days. Never received. Called again said would have it by following Monday. That was over 10 days ago. Would like to SPEAK to someone PLEASE. Makes us not want to use alegiant in the future

Customer service response time

Tried to talk to customer service, but was told the wait time would be 45 minutes. I gave up after 35, more important things to do!

Failure To Secure Replacement Flight

Flight cancelled out of Myrtle Beach on 7/30/22. The airline refused to book passengers on another airline or provide compensation. We were told that they could not get us out until two days later. Meanwhile, MB has no available hotel rooms or rental cars due to it being peak tourist season. So sorry about your luck attitude at best. I GUESS IT IS OK TO STRAND TWO YOUNG WOMEN IN AN AIRPORT FOR TWO DAYS!!! DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID THIS HORRIBLE AND DESPICABLE AIRLINE!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU GET MY MONEY!!!

Are you saying it's OK if guys were stranded?

Here's the thing, these "young women" or whoever booked their tickets agreed to terms that said something like this could happen. This is flying regardless of their gender.

Allegiant air has poor customer service and terrible communication.

We were at the airport 30 minutes early due to circumstances and was denied the flight. No one was at the booth to answer questions and no one was in security lines to hold us up. We could have easily boarded the flight was denied. No one told us we must be there two hours early and the website says its recommended. When I called to complain, they gave me a number that is never answered.
