I bought a ticket via opodo agency and made a typing mistake 01st of apr insted of 01 of may.
We tried to cancel on line but it was impossible,blocked access to your site.I spoke to Opodo and they told me that I have to contact you directly P3DZ5F is a booking ref.
And Opodo ref. is151********
Please,I want to refund tickets for 1stApr because I already bought another for 1st of May

The phone froze up during chat. Nothing happened I just tried to get back into the chat and couldnt find the link.
Tried to contact a human due to flight delays
First of I tried to call the number to get to live agent sat 2x attempts both failed the. First waited for 1:45 min no answer on hold disconnected, second filled out online form to get a reply nothing then after it confrim my request was sent then had a different # to call direct to speak to live agent 702- a live.
Person answered rude after I stated Is this said. The number stated rudely yes this is the right number but. It but the fl company. Still have not been able.
To get through now going on over 12 hrs since 3x attempts due to major flight delays 2x for ? Due to the federal laws have changed. And demanding a refund.
I will never again use this airline. Not up on customer service support and printed information outdated and more.
Will not let you check in online and even late at night hold for more than 2 hours
Completely unacceptable that hold time is over 2 hours to reach an agent. They force you to use online option or app and then it says see agent to check in.
Why? Seats already paid for, priority paid for, bags paid for.
Ridiculous. What good is the app if you cannot check in with it?!

I have called 9 times Sunday and 3 times today to multiple numbers including member services. AFTER Agent connects cannot hear and cell call eventually drops ...
But Zero interruption for 30 to 50 minutes on hold listening to music or infomercials. YOUR agents headsets or local phone lines have problems.

- Member services 30 minute wait increased to over 1 hour
- Over 1 hours wait on phone
Preferred solution: Simple change of return flight from 15 Mar to 11 Mar. Several attempts prior 7 days before says cannot make change online??
User's recommendation: Be extremely carefull on selecting dates - very difficult to change with Allegiant
Can't finish booking my flight because I don't have my 3digit CV code
Waited over 40 min. And had to hang up. Wasnt able to speak to anyone, so my problem has not been resolved.

Tried several times to book a trip.
I go through all the booking selections and enter my credit card only to find you won't accept my Canadian credit card.
So I tried a different card, same problem.
I phoned and the assistant had exactly the same problem. He said he had served a Canadian customer earlier that day and his Canadian card was refused, so he used a US credit card and completed the booking.
The assistant promised to look into this problem and phone me back, he didn't.
What terrible customer service.
I have used Alligient in the past with my Canadian card and had no problems.
If you lose your Canadian customers you will lose a big chunk of your business.

Lost luggage
Absolutely the worst customer service of any airline Ive travelled with. Lost my luggage on a direct flight from FLL to TYS.
FLL girl was more concerned about her nails & hair to give proper instructions. Knoxville had .. No employees to talk to . Phone numbers suggested had 45 min + wait time.
To learn its a call center.
Cost me $300 extra dollars in top of an expensive ticket. NO MORE ALLEGIANT

My bag was mishandled August 31 to a direct flight to Punta Gorda. No one has responded.
I call every day, no one has any information. All it takes is for someone to physically use their eyes to see if my bag is in a different airport. But no one will follow through and work on this for me. :(.
The suitcase is purple with flowers, medium hardsided suitcase. I would love someone to help me.

I tried to book a flight and when I entered my card info it said unable to process, try again. So I tried it again.
It said unable to process, again. I was confused so I checked my account and they charged me twice! But I not scheduled for a flight! Currently on hold with customer service.
Probably will want all my money back. And if they try not to refund me, I will dispute the charge.

I needed to change a flight. Was on hold for 2 hours 25 minutes and 59 seconds.
Not kidding. Finally, an agent answered the phone. He asked me a few questions and said he needed to check something. He put me on hold.
I was on hold for what seemed like an eternity when suddenly the elevator music stopped and an automated voice asked me to take a survey. Then a dial tone. 2 1/2 hours wasted.
I really need to change this flight and I cannot reach a live person. So frustrating.

Hope you can solve the issue because, so, I can book my flight.
Refund on bags
I am a veteran. When I booked our flights I inadvertently paid for bags.
The agent said I needed to call but. Any get through to anyone
Problem on reservation
I tried for hours trying to use my allegiant cc for a second time. never able to book using card. Had to use my Discover and will be cancelling this credit card and trying the new airline Breeze whenever possible.

I am a normal client..2 days ago I tried to open a Allegiantair.com, but I was unable because my site was blocked just on allegiant alone. I dont understand why..I was just looking for a low cost flight on Frontier, Southwest, and allegiant..
Can you remove tha block, please??
