Verified ReviewerCounter check in very very slow. Make my check in .10min!! Plus I had to wait .15min more for wheel chair that should have been ready added to flight!
There was a young man who got really rude! When I tried to explain what happened he then got very nasty and so did the other employees.
Threatened to not let me on the plane because I got mad at The way I was treated. When I was there before the 2hrs.
if you guys are short handed it isn't my fault. The actual fight was great!
All Customer service in Idaho Falls was horrible.

Verified ReviewerI love Allegiant Airlines!!! Love the prices!! Love that they take care of our Military retirees , Veterans,, and Active Duty!! I just wish they would fly to Savannah/ Hilton Head SC from Allentown PA
I had to cancel my flight and they reimbursed me no problem. No pissed off person here folks!! I never had problems

User's recommendation: Use common sense if you need to make a change to your flight just go to modify/ cancel and do your thing. I did no problem and I called and they showed me where my voucher is
Unauthorized charge to U.S.
We were booked on 12.31 flight at 4:31 pm from Sarasota to Rockford which didn't depart until 10am on 1.1. No information was provided in gate area until 6pm, so we booked flight for 1.2.
We were then advised this reservation would be cancelled and not charged to us.
It has been charged as well as a $50 charge. These need to be promptly reversed.

Verified ReviewerAllegiant error in booking
On Dec. 1 I called Allegiant to have my grandson, Ayden Reeves, added to reservation L5J4JP on which his aunt, Angie Ventura, is flying.
Angie is over 21yrs, has agreed to accompany Ayden who is 11 yrs. I made this clear to the Allegeant agent and I booked it. I was told that this prompted a new confirmation, MB5TXA. After the call I checked and found that this booking was for myself, Gerard Pion, and my granchild Ayden.
I live in Florida and the flight originates in Providence so I could nevr make this flight. I was never informed that I had booked this way on my call.
I will need Ayden added to Angies flight, L5J4JP and after this have MB5TXA cancelked and fully refunded as this was your agent's error. Thank you

Never answered question I asked. Very disappointed in response. Not sure what to do on this family trip.
I didn't mean to go to that site. I just wanted to update a reservation & was having problems doing it. The problem was resolved so everything is fine.
I was trying to add a wheelchair for someone & it was added to myself instead of the correct person. I did finally get to the right representative & it was resolved.
User's recommendation: Make it a little easier to speak to a live person.
Resolved: Promised refund for flight cancelled by Allegiant not rec'd after nearly a month
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After several attempts to reach Allegiant's customer service (one time I was "on hold" for 1 hour & 38 minutes before giving up) I was finally successful in reaching someone.
Tried many times but kept getting "unexpected error" msg. & was ret'd to "flight status" page. Email said if didn't do anything they'd refund cost of cancelled flight after 72 hours so I just booked another flight. It's now been almost a month & there's been no refund.
I've spent hours--literally, no exaggeration--live chatting, emailing & "on hold" or waiting for call-back. We've always loved the convenience of Allegiant Air but customer service simply does not exist at Allegiant.
User's recommendation: Don't bother trying to contact an actual human being at Allegiant.
Phony phone on internet for Allegiant and I called it
Trying to cancel a flight. Number listed on line was to a bogus number. Would like to report that but wait time is an hour

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sued them in small claims court and won.
The flight left 30 minutes earlier than posted. I was stranded with no alternate flight and no hotel.
Gate agents said pilot wanted to leave.
I asked why there is no announcement. She said there wasnt any time.
So I took them to court and sued.
The judge ruled in my favor. Now Im working on collecting.

Three adults on round trip to St. Louis from knoxville.
On return flight my daughters boarding pass showed irregularity at security and was instructed to see ticket agent; this was one hour before departure however, no one was at ticket counter; it was closed. After 45 minutes, ticket agent refused to fix issue. She saidif I fix yours, I may have to help others! Plane left with 3 of us on ground.
We rented a car the next day and drove 8 hrs after being left at 10:30 pm.
On top of that, they charged us for all tickets.
Ive been traveling for fifty years and I have never experienced such truly horrific customer non-service! The employees just did not care!

My luggage and clothes were damaged during my flight
We went from Florida to Cincinnati. Couldn't find my luggage for an hour.
Finally found it. It was in a garbage bag.
My suitcase was damaged. My clothes are all dirty and damaged when I retrieved it back.

I thought you were gonna help me get an attorney to sue them for slamming the dorm my husband‘s foot and throwing boarding passes and just being extremely rude
My flight was delayed from four in the afternoon until seven in the evening Im not gonna write until midnight. Whos gonna pick me up at the airport pretty pissed off I want my money back.

Verified Reviewer |Seat Hassle-they resold my son's seat without giving us a refund
We had booked as a family to fly in 2 different bookings because of price (only 2 seats available at this price). My son had to cancel at last minute and when we tried to cancel his seat we would have had to cancel one of the bookings and rebook which would have cost us $93 more than what we originally paid for the 2 seats.
So just left it and figured we would have an extra seat for more elbow room . When we were on the plane a guy sat next to me in my son's seat.
The airplane attendents asked if my son was on the plane (because we didn't check him knowing he wasn't coming) and we said know-she then asked the guy next to me if this was his seat and he just nodded yes-I said that's my son's seat that we paid for but attendants' said plane was full and let him sit there. We were not able to get any refund/credit for them reselling the seat we paid for.
