According to https://www.allegiantair.com FAQs "You can cancel your reservation within 24 hrs of purchase for a full refund. As long as your scheduled flight departure date is at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking, you can visit ‘Manage Travel’ to cancel online for a full refund within 24 hours"
"Your reservation is non-refundable. After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable. A credit voucher good for future travel will be issued for qualifying changes/cancellations. Itineraries cannot be changed within 7 days of departure, and no credit will be issued unless you have purchased Trip Flex."
Allegiant Air Terms of Service say: "After a reservation is made, no credit or refund is given for any price differences. No credit is given for changes or cancellations within seven (7) days of scheduled departure, unless you have purchased TripFlexTM. Purchasing Trip FlexTM at the time of booking gives you the flexibility to change and cancel your reservation without fees (see below for details).
No-Show Policy: For travel starting August 16, 2017, failure to board a flight or to change or cancel an itinerary within the specified cancellation policies set forth below shall be deemed a customer-initiated cancellation and the remaining itinerary, including any return flights, will be cancelled and all funds will be forfeited. No credit or refunds will be given for no shows, cancellations made past cut-off times (see below), or for fare differences after a reservation has been made.
Otherwise, credit is provided minus carrier charges, booking fees, and cancellation fees, except that cancellation fees do not apply if Trip Flex was purchased (the amount paid for Trip Flex itself is non-refundable). Any credited funds will be applied as a non-refundable, non-transferable credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air.
All travel involving credit voucher funds from a given itinerary number must be completed no later than 365 days from the original booking date under that itinerary number.
Exception: Within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, an itinerary may be cancelled for a full refund only if the flight’s scheduled departure time is at least seven (7) days or more from original booking."

Refunds for fares purchased with a debit or credit card will be processed for crediting-back to the same card account no later than seven (7) business days from the date the full documentation of the refund request is received by Carrier.
Refunds for fares purchased with cash or by check will be issued by check no later than twenty (20) days after the full documentation of the refund request is received by Carrier; provided, with regard to fares purchased by check, that in cases where Carrier has reasonable cause to suspect fraud, Carrier may delay making an otherwise eligible refund until such time as the check by which the fare was purchased has cleared the financial institution on which it was drawn and Carrier has received payment.
Refunds for fares purchased with instalment payments offered through a third party company, must be requested to Allegiant for the cancelation of the itinerary but the third party company will manage the settlement of the credit line and the final refund to the Customer.
