Allegiant Air - Poor Customer Service
After pushing off from the gate, the plane would not start. They made us sit in a hot plane with no A/C for 40 min at the Fresno terminal in 106 degree heat.
40 Min later we were pushed back to the gate and allowed to exit the aircraft. We then had to wait 8hrs. for a rescue plane to fly from Vegas with two mechanics to pick us up. We finally arrived in Las Vegas at 1:00 AM instead of the scheduled 5:50 pm time.
I have never seen so many agree people at one time. They showed no empathy and only offered $75 off their next flight.
Some passengers missed bachelor parties, shows, and most everyone lost out on first night hotel reservation fees. I will never fly Allegiant again due to there poor customer service and lack of consideration for all that lost out on prior booked events and hotel fees :(
