Our winter wonderland getaway turned into a nightmare. Cancelled flight on the way out.
No compensation from the company other than an airline voucher good for another trip and a free water or soda when the trip cancelled. On the way home the flight was delayed 2 hours. Staff was friendly, pilots and ground crew did an exceptional job, flight staff was courteous. The delays and way they handle cancelled flights is my biggest issue.
The trip cost me much more than I anticipated as I had to catch a flight out of another airport with another airline. This airline needs three things to improve: 1. Better cancelled flight policy. Take care of your customers that you strand instead of making them feel they have to fend for themselves.
2. Minimize delays. A bare boned staff and plane and flight crew is not the way to run business. Delaying all flights because of one delayed flight is unacceptable.
3. Customer service. Calling into customer service is a minimum of 40 minutes. Not okay at all.

I didn't like: Poor compensation 4 cxd flight, Flight delays extreme, Long hold time for calls.
