Poor customer service.Charge for carry on and checked luggage.

Charge for boarding pass. Charge for water! There is no complaint resolution process. Was told to call their toll free number because there were no supervisors to talk to.

Could not get through so sent an email. That was over a month ago and I never received a reply. Seats are small and uncomfortable. After being charged twice for the same bag and once for a carry on, the fare would have been cheaper with another airline who appreciate customer service and their customers and offer some kind of in flight service and amenities.

Never again.Life is too short to fly on Allegiant Air.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of allegiant air baggage policy and associated monetary loss in the amount of $120. Allegiant Air needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
