I was supposed to fly out of Punta Gorda to Allentown PA 2/5/2015. I had a medical emergency 2/4/15 with surgery and am in the hospital for the next 3 days.
They said no rescheduling or refund without insurance. Thats just wrong. They will sell my ticket for more. They are robbers and should at least put on a mask.
By the time you pay for baggage, seats, insurance, etc, youre paying full price. asked to speak with a supervisor and the said it would take several days. Treat your customers this way and you will be gone.

aschein64 wrote the review because of poor customer service at Allegiant Air. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $200 and wants Allegiant Air to "opportunity to use ticket at a later time, prime time excluded of course".
The most disappointing in user's experience was poor customer service, lack of communication and uncaring staff. Author liked the most convenience of airport and stewardesses were nice. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
