Very unprofessional, no management, customer service lied, changed flight plans, and charged $325 for re-booking fees and wrote on tickets no ticket fee, Bull, Three family members stranded in Orlando due to your e-mail alerts stating hour delay, waited in airport for two hours and was told by management that plane had taken off.Plane was still on ground and overall loss Came to over $1525.00 for loss of work, lodging, meals and re-booking fees.

Feel that we should be compensated and will smear your name on blog, facebook etc.This is my second e-mail, yet to be contacted by anyone in this so-called organization.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality at Allegiant Air. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1525 and wants Allegiant Air to "contact me, unable to submit company solution".

The most disappointing in user's experience was many screwups. Author liked the most notified me of delays and terible. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
