Took my mother to the airport 2 hours before her 2 hour flight.After boarding, Allegiant said there was an electrical problem and my 84 year old mother de-boarded and went back into the airport.
A couple hours later they re-boarded and then were told that the fuel was too hot and had to de-board again. Back into the airport. My 84 year old mother sat there 7 hours and then they cancelled the flight. They offered her nothing.
So much for their statement on the passenger being their top priority. They're a greedy,crappy airline and I would tell anyone considering a flight with Allegiant to reconsider.
You could end up getting stuck somewhere with no idea of when you'd get home.Never Again Allegiant.
