Allegiant Air - Lies pertaining to passengers

We were scheduled to leave Concord NC airport Nov. 26 at 5:29 pm and didn't leave until after 10 pm.
They sent pizza's for the passengers at the airport while still waiting for our plane to arrive from Naples, FL.
While flying back to Punta Gorda Airport all passengers were told we would receive $50 vouchers for future flights. My wife sent the CEO a letter two weeks ago about this problem and evidently fell on deaf ears.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

As a frequent traveler I know delays are common.they happen for various reasons.and when you purchased your ticket you agreed to the terms.And they did exactly what they said they would do if your flight was delayed.not much they can do or will do.every airlines have exact policies and terms they will follow for every person to stay consistent
