I waited 25 minutes to talk to someone. I didn't mind, figuring they must be busy.

When a representative finally answered he was very rude and very pushy about trying to get me to take care of my business on their website. I was trying to explain to him (kindly!) that I had a credit voucher I was trying to use and wanted to make sure it was applied to two different tickets, but he just talked over me when I tried answering his questions, and when I finally said, "Excuse me, sir..." he HUNG UP on me. If I didn't have a credit voucher to use up I would have just picked another airline for my travel needs. On my second call the representative was a complete turn-around from the first.

I did have to wait another 20 minutes to speak with someone, but she was very polite, helpful, and didn't attempt even once to deflect me to the website.

The first representative still makes me want to NEVER call or do business with Allegiant again, but I think I may be willing to give them a shot.

They are pretty cheap. *sigh*

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
