Request Details: I went online to Allegiant to see about booking a trip. I saw that there was an opportunity to get a buy one get one free if I had an Allegiant MC. I applied for the card, was approved and booked my trip. I spoke with an agent at Allegiant who told me to call back Monday so the card would be in the system. When I called back I got a recording saying that no calls were able to be taken because of the hurricane and to leave a message for a call back, which I did. I never received a call back even though I called every day. Today, Thursday Oct. 20th, I received my MasterCard so I called again. This time I was told that I would not get the BOGO because I failed to talk to someone when I called! I was also told that I should have called the phone number on the Credit Card that I had not received yet!!! Really? I feel that I was cheated out of the BOGO because your representatives failed to provide honest service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Allegiant Air Pros: Direct flights at an affordable price, Airport location.

Allegiant Air Cons: Extra fees, No desk attendant, Rediculous cancelation fee.
