when wr called costumer service they told us we missed flight you can book another one from different city.. when we ask to modify flight they told us we have to pay different so we said we dont have choices we will do it . 5 min latte she told us we have problems they don’t guarantee hotel room to be waiting for us we need to called them.
And then wr can book thickets. When we confirm hotel room and called Allegiant again tickets went up i 10 mi 250$ I will never evet chose this company again customer service is a joke and how I am late please explain to me
