My flight was cancelled and I didn't cancel it.

I called to check in Sep 24, 2022

@10:30PM and the message said my flight for Sep25,2022 from Las Vegas to Sioux Falls,SD was cancelled. I almost fainted.

I didn't cancel this flight so I was very surprised. Customer service at that hour could only tell me the flight was cancelled but not when it was cancelled. I booked a flight on Delta that left the same time as my Allegiant flight on Sunday the 25th.

I need to know when this flight was cancelled, how it was cancelled and the date it was cancelled. You can imagine I am looking for a refund of the fare as I took the flight to Las Vegas and my itinerary showed the return flight when I looked it up.

This flight had to be cancelled in error. I will be waiting for a response.

Was on hold with customer service 88 mins with no help live chat does not work.I did the bundle when I booked I thought included carry on and checked bag only to find out it wasnt,because I checked in I could not change it. Customer service is ridiculous and the chat useless. Dont think I will be flying with them again.

No communication with Allegiant on broken scooter

I've been going on 3 weeks now and I've tried calling ID calling doing chat messages hanging on the line for 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours and still no personal contact with anybody at legion air concerning the damage of my Mobility scooter I am now not able to go where I need to go because I don't have access to my scooter it is a non running scooter because of the damages that Allegiant has done to it's done to it and they won't even contact me Be very aware of who you're flying with at least with other airlines you can talk to a human person and try to get some interaction done with Allegiant you can't Be very wary of the company that you're

I was told w an email that my dog isnt a service dog which she. So then my companion didnt want to go at all. So I would like a refund it ruined my entire trip. Then the flight was delayed. Then they called last call to board 20 mins early for us to sit on the run way for an hour. I am disabled and cant sit long and that made it was worse of a flight experience, when I was already with out my service dog. And its not like I knew very far in advance I wasnt going to be able to take my service dog.

In your literature,you said veterans get one bag for free. When I arrived to the counter to inquire about no charge for one bag and attendant told me she would send in request for refund! I was charged $30 each way. I had only the one bag. After numerous request for reimbursement, I have had NO response from you!

I have not received my refund from a canceled flight

My flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions (obviously not their fault), however Allegiant's statement says they will refund the money within 72 hours which was never done. I tried numerous times to contact them but couldn't get through. Finally connection and was told they would refund my money within 7-10 business days. Once again crickets & no money.

Power outage

Just to start this happen on June 3 2022@***0:30p.m. At the South Bend airport.

I have waited on your phone site for 5 hours. Which was very upsetting to say the least. On June 3 when we got to airport the electric was out. Which caused a lot of spiraling affect.

There should have been a representative from the airport there to help. Everything was down and there you are standing there.

The reason that I writing to you is that the car rental place was shut down.

1. I tried to get a place to stay. It would have been over $100.

2.

I had already paid for a night that I couldnt get too.

3.also paid for my car rental through your site. And lost a day on that.

4.had to sleep at the airport which I shouldnt need to say how uncomfortable that was.

Just nobody seem to care about the people left behind.

We trying to get things through national car rental but nothing so far.

At one point they said I had to go through you because I booked through you.

I have been trying to go through you but the phone, I been on hold for over 5 hours and finally had to hang up. Something need to get better this was ridiculous.

My son was allowed to sit 9n my lap on the first leg of my destination from Austin, TX to SIoux Falls, SD on June 15th... but on the return trip I was forced to buy an extra ticket for him... the place was onky 3/4 full and ample s0ace but was forced to over spend on an extra ticket. I called the customer support line they confirmed my son was fine to ride with me on my lap... and then in Sioux Falls I was forced to buy an unnecessary ticket. .absolutely ridiculous and inconsistent. .this could have been avoidable with any semblance of professional and common courtesy.
