You cannot reach the baggage office. No matter who we call they reroute us to this number where they say theyre busy and hang up or keep you on hold indefinitely.
We submitted the claim promptly..
it shouldnt be this hard to get a response from an airline like Allegiant. We are frequent travelers and have a credit card with them, too.

U messed up
On February 10, I ordered a flight from pi to Chattanooga on February 16 and to come back on February 23 and that was a mistake. I tried to put in for March and it put in the wrong one.
I called and spoke to a person on February 10 the same day I paid for it and everything they changed. They were supposed to change my flight from February 16 from pie to Chattanooga to March 16 from pie to Chattanooga And February 23 from Chattanooga topi to March 23 Chattanooga to pay which they changed the March 23 one but they didnt charge changed the February 16. I have have to be there by on 16 March. I paid the extra money for the change and it was never changed.
I need help with this. I need to talk to a person I will never ever recommend this people again. This is ridiculous. Please just call me back so we can straighten this out.

Allegiant Air sent vouchers for future flights totaling $175 each for my daughter and myself. The problem with this is that I would never feel comfortable flying this airline again.
They refused to fully refund our ticket price despite DOT laws. I filed a complaint with the DOT but was advised it might take 3 weeks to get any response.
I could not find it on your website. I spoke with Ingrid today regarding the 2 flights my daughter and I took with you and was disappointed with the response. The first flight 3682 on 3/16 was delayed 5 hours, and the second 3683 on 3/23 was delayed over 8 hours. The DOT regulations state we deserve full refunds for these flights.
There were no flights available to switch to.
I will never fly your airline again, so the vouchers given are meaningless. I have now spent nearly two hours trying to resolve this issue.

The QR code on the app doesn't open fully! I believe that this is being done on purpose. I say that because I have taken my s24 ultra to multiple tech experts, and they can't fix the problem either.
The app won't show the entire QR code and therefore they get to charge you $5. I have contacted the INDIANA AG's office who will be going after Allegiant for this!

Question about what airport I am flying out of on 04/18/25
I had made my travel arrangements fairly late in the evening. I was waiting to hear from back home what the arrangements for services for my son inlaws funeral.
He had been killed in an accident just 2 days prior. When I looked at what the ticket said I was affraid Id made a mistake and was flying out of Tampa airport instead of the PIE airport. I was looking for a phone number to call but had a hard time finding one.Then called it then noticed it Pissed Consumer. I wasnt pissed I was upset about the loss of my son in-law and I didnt think I could do the walking at the Tampa airport because of its size.
Plus I thought it would be too hard on my friend to drive to Tampa.
I did finally get a hold of a ticket agent that assured me that my ticket was indeed out of PIE be cause Allegiant did not fly out of Tampa airport .
My flight was great no problems.
There were several Allegiant personnel that were very kind and happy to help me out at the airport. I have never bought a ticket or flown alone before.
Im actually looking forward to my flight back to Florida.

I had a delayed flight on March 30th, 2025 from SFB to TYS. I called because the online wouldnt let me switch my flight.
Stayed on hold for 2 hours drove to the airport and still no answer over the phone. The ALLEGIANT gate assistant said there were 10 seats left. I needed 3, then the system said no seats. WTH is wrong with your systems???
Allegiant SUCKS and you get exactly what you pay for. The flight I was switching to was leaving 20 minutes after my original flight to the same place.
And it was ON TIME. WTH did the other flight need to be delayed 4 hours???

I was trying to get a refund back. The trip is months from here.
They were trying to take almost half of my money. I use allegiance when I travel. And I feel like that was unfair. Then a representative hung up on me.
And did not try to return my call. Im just a real angry customer right now

Trying to extend my cancellation vouchers did not happen. We have had cancer treatments and then a back injury and were unable to travel. I was asking for a 12-month extension, but nothing was resolved. It is my money, therefore, some consideration should be made. You are also using my money.

Can’t make a booking online
When trying to book a flight for my daughter it wouldnt accept my Allegiant credit card!. I then called them and was on hold for 45 minutes before being hung up on!

Cancellation vouchers
I want an extension on my vouchers that we haven't been able to use because of health issues. Vouchers CR832C-48C5-BF7D-13E4 for $221.84 and CR8FC9-AFC9-AFRC-0F3E-46B0 $384.40.
I was hoping I could get them extended for another 12 months. We will not be able to travel for awhile and Allegiant is still using our money.
Please find a way to make this happen. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Baggage crap
Inconsistent baggage measurement charges. Allowed us on first flight for no fee, then charged us $75/bag to get home.
Rinky *** airline. Will fly on a real airline next time!

if you flew on the delayed flight you don’t get a refund silly. That wouldn’t be right. You only get a refund after 3-6 hour delay depending on airline that’s if you decide not to fly.
All airlines have delays some of the he smaller low cost airlines may have longer delays due to the fact that they don’t have multiple flights a day to destinations.That is one of the way they keep the fares low. But when there are delays it is harder to accommodate people with limited flight schedules so the next flight might be day or days later. So they have to schedule a flight in.If you have travel insurance they may be able to reimburse you.
You only get refunded if they cancel the flight Or if the flight is delayed more than 3 hours and you choose not to get accommodation on the next flight you can opt for a refund. But if you take the delayed flight you don’t get a refund.
It sounds like they gave you a voucher as a goodwill gesture. All airlines have delays and cancellations.
You only get the refund if you choose not to take the delayed flight. Depending on airline policies and the reason for delay they may offer you voucher for future flights as a goodwill gesture.
The new regulations that went into effect in October 2024 state that if your domestic flight is canceled or delayed by three hours or more or international by five hours or more, you are entitled to an automatic no-delay refund. However, it further states, if you get on the delayed flight or the airline provides an alternate flight at no additional charge there is no refund. You only get the automatic refund if you refuse the airline’s offer and handle your own solution.
