I need to cancel my flight
The phone screen said my session was terminated after I left a message, and I did not get to talk to an actual person. I just want to cancel my flight for now and will reschedule it in the future.

Walk to where you need to go before flying with this garbage waste of a space airline! They are the absolute worst company to deal with in any way!

TSA approved lock cut off and replaced with old one
Upon returning from Las Vegas airport we discovered my wife's TSA approved lock had been cut off and replaced with an old scratched brass lock.TSA said they would have placed an NOI in the bag if they had opened it.SO,it must be some baggage person or someone else who handled bag had sticky fingers although nothing was missing.My wife has a unique looking bag so maybe they thought she had something valuable in her luggage.

When I got to the airport there was no one at the luggage counter to grab my checked bags that I paid for. So I had to bring them all through security.
By the time I got to the terminal two teenage girls wouldnt let me on the flight claiming I was late when it was still grounded. They would not refund my $266. The manager was super rude & unprofessional. I went back to the bag counter & this blonde just treated me like a loiterer when I was trying to get my refund & told me to leave the counter.
Not only did these generic Charlies night banshees ruin my vacation & my business trip, I was inconvenienced my 10 year vacation that took weeks to plan along with hundreds of dollars for hotels with no resolution other than Your money is forfeited from their customer service rep. Who clearly had no idea what she was doing after an excruciating painful wait time on hold. I had to wait hours for a cab because it was after a Packer game & they were the only cab in town. I emailed their customer service and got the same canned response.
I asked repeatedly for a legal representation which they constantly dodged. Worst experience ever. I do not plan on, or recommend flying with this company ever.
Spend the extra money & use a reputable airline that will actually let you on the flight you paid for instead of an off brand that profits & takes advantage of the average man. Stain shame & dishonor amongst these thieves.

Cancelled flt
Boarded flight at 1:45,sat on runway till 2nd in line to leave, pilot comes on to say we have to go va to gate to fuel, redo his fueling school, get back in line farther back take off after an hour or more, get 35 mins into flight have to return plane trouble, towed in fire trucks, just got luggage, 7 hours on plane to go 200 miles maybe, missed brother in-laws funeral because of this ***

They destroyed my suitcase on 9-1 , I have emailed and called soooo many times its dumb, sit on hold for an hr each time , they emailed me saying they will not be taking care of the damage!! We are card holders and travel multiple times a year yet they treat their customers like this !

Was only a 2 hour flight that turned into almost a stay inthe hospital from being disoriented due to being given the run around sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours.Then let into the airport and my husband and I where both disoriented.We where not assisted at all.Didnt get a hotel coupon or any help at all. Please note I would like be reimbursed for our health and well being. We finally had to take a car rental all the way to Appleton from Minneapolis.

If it were possible to rate a company a zero for customer service, Allegiant Air would be an example of a company that has no interest in helping its customers. I understand that it's easier if everyone goes to the Allegiant App or Website to make flight adjustments, but when the technology is glitching out, slow, and unable to accomplish, the only option is to attempt calling them.
I bought TripFlex, and simply tried to update the flight home to a new date. The app glitched and provided an "error" screen three (3) times... next I tried to adust the date on the website and made two (2) attempts there and a similar "oops" screen. Mind you, the entire time I was attempting to make these updates online and on mobile, I was on hold...
it's been 30 mins and I'm about to hang up the phone.
Please note: I manage websites, mobile apps, and social media for a living, so I have no problem navigating technology... This company is garbage.

I called 9 times Sunday and 3 times this morning, 26 Feb to "member services, 702-800-****. Agent cannot hear and cell call drops...
But Zero interruption for 30 to 50 minutes on hold listening to music, credit card offers, ID check, boarding pass check, blah blah. Amazing why your agent cannot hear me.

I will agree with the previous response.
"I was late" You were late you stupid jelly or you would have been on board. If you were on time, your bags would have been loaded.
Stop lying! Once weight and balance are taken, it doesn't matter if it's still sitting there. As you found out, you were not getting onboard. Here's the thing, people who work the desk also load bags and check people in at the gate.
They don't have time to wait for a so-called "man" and his lame family to show up whenever they please. You were TOLD when to be there if you wanted to go on your little vacation which by the way, no one cares what it was about. There is no need to pad your complaint with factoids that don't matter. What's sad here is your family (probably used to it) has to watch a man-child whine and NOT accept responsibility for his actions.
I'm sure you're used to getting your way elsewhere but in this case, they told you and put you in your place. Idiot....
