Allegiant Air - Customer Care Review
Sitting in Bismarck ND waiting on our allegiance flight to depart had control problems coming into Bismarck airport so you would think that they would have a mechanic waiting at the gate for the plane not allegiant they wait till the plane is unloaded then when it's time to board announce there will be a slight delay (40 minutes) after that 1 hour delay they announce they are going to finally call maintenance yes they waited a whole hour before even calling maintenance, screw the passages who if they even get off the ground will be reaching thier destination at 1:30 to 3:00 in the morning no 10:00 witch is already to damm late and when we get there no rental car, paid $500 for hotel room never used, get your *** together allegiant or pony up what your costing your passengers

Perhaps like you, Allegiant did not use periods or punctuation when it emailed the mechanic to be available, so that the mechanic could not understand the message. It is so hard to read messages without punctuation and it makes the sender seem so incompetent, perhaps the mechanic thought it was from a child playing with the computer instead of Allegiant requesting him to be somewhere.
