We had booked a vacation, taking our grandchildren to Fort Walton Beach. At 4:30 this morning they texted us informing that our 11:00 AM had been cancelled and rescheduled for 5:00 PM the next day.

Effectively robbing of 1 1/2 days of vacation, costing us 400.00+ for one night in the condo, not to mention the disappointment of 4 children.

The reps were nice (offering to hold the rental car, wow anyone can do that, crediting our CC, already took vacation from jobs, offering vouchers) but in the end Allegiant has no working agreements with any other airlines so if you book with them you are totally screwed.

Lesson learned, "book flights with reputable airlines". This airline is well deserving of it's 1 1/2 star rating.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
