Here we are on January 3, 2020 - almost 2 months later. No contact from Allegiant - no resolution! What a surprise - they don't care!

Hello!thats there job to make sure your animal will fit comfortably under a small seat.The faa rule is the animal must have enough room to move,sit,and turn around.Sounds like the employee actually cares about your animal,obviously they felt there was not enough room

I want to share my experience. Last week I flew to Orlando, Florida from Nashville, Tennessee on Allegiant Airlines. The flight that I took damaged my wheelchair and was delayed 3 hours. I needed to drive another hour from Orlando to Palm Coast, Florida for an appointment. I contacted Allegiant and they said they wouldn’t pay for the damage because I didn’t report it within 4 hours. I wrote them saying it is unacceptable that Allegiant will not reimburse me for the damage they caused my wheelchair. I would suggest no one fly Allegiant unless they enjoy this kind of treatment. Of course, this is very frustrating to me. But I would like to warn other wheelchair users. Do you have a suggestion for me?

You agreed to the terms.report in 4 hours.If you report later how do they know that the damage occurred in their possession

I tried to have cancel my flight because I did not realize my husband already booked. I asked them to waive the cancellation fee $75.00 per flight. They would not. Very poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!

Tickets are Non Refundable for any reason even if they are booked in error.As long as the flight is more than a week out,you have 24 hrs to cancel with no penalty for full refund after that you are held to the terms you agreed to.

When they changed their policy they sent EVERYONE who was already booked an email which is standard and all that is required by law.Uf you didn’t get the email it may have went to spam
