Resolved: Allegiant Air
Allegiant Air has scammed me with their prices, and their terrible customer service.
They will not give me a refund, EVEN in credit.
They have dropped prices despite me buying their ticket months in advance.
All I am asking for is a refund, and they consistently redirect me to their customer relations which doesn't even have a phone number
They expect me to wait 48 hours, when I've already emailed them much before the 24-48 hour time slot.
I have called them and was really really nice, and their customer representative read their refund policy without any mention of the consumer rights of 2015 which helps consumers based on satisfactory conditions of the ticket.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

This happens all the time with flights, cruises, hotels, car rentals, you name it. Some companies will refund you or upgrade you. But did you really expect that from basically the cheapest airline on the planet?

I just googled your Consumer Rights Act thing and its a law in the UK, not the US. Sorry bud, you bought your ticket in the wrong country.
You are confused, mate. Airlines are not required under any consumer rights act or anything else to provide a refund for a price difference. You should have paid attention to their terms when you bought the ticket.
