I would like to express my feelings on the poor handling of my flight this past Sunday. It was delayed 3 times with the last time at midnight changing the flight to 11 am the next morning which caused me to have to get a hotel room.
Besides the hotel room I missed more than a half a day visit with my daughter in California. I also had scheduled that Monday morning a whole watch that cost $100 and a parasailing that cost $260. Those excursions require a 24 hour notice and I lost my money. The flight was delayed due to your airline not having a pilot.
Your airline knew that when taking off from LA but let all the passengers sit and wait thinking we were about to board the plane when it arrived. Your airline handled this very poorly and I have been out alot of money. A $175 refund does not cover my expenses. I called your customer service and nothing was done.
Not even a future airline credit or a return of my money.
I will wait on a response from this email before blasting negativity on social media, bad reviews, and the decision to fly with Allegiant in the future. I ask that you please make this right.

IMPOSSIBLE to get through
All I want to do is check in for my flight tomorrow. The app told me it had to be updated...yet Google Play says no updates are available.
I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says it needs to update. I tried to check in on the version I had and was told I can't check in on the app. Fine. Went to the website and entered my info...I get a message saying to make sure my info was entered correctly (it was) and if it was, I need to call customer service.
Then I went to "Manage my Trips" online and my trip is right there (with the confirmation number I entered earlier). When I click on the "Check in" button right next to my confirmation, I again get told to make sure my info was entered correctly and if so, to call an agent. Well...I've been on hold THIRTY EIGHT *** MINUTES.
WHAT THE HELL?!?!? HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR MY FLIGHT?!?!?
Preferred solution: I JUST WANT TO CHECK IN!!
