Purchased a 2 day trip ( flight and hotel) to las vegas from bellingham for my daughter and son-in-law for their one year wedding anniversary. They were to leave at 8 am sept 19 and the flight was delayed until 3 pm, effectively reducing their 48 hour vacation by 7 hours.

The friday they planned to spend with friends, suntanning around the pool did not happen.

No compensation and when I complained to their customer service department online, the automated system says a response will be issued within 2 months. If I ran my business like this, I would not be in business.

Product or Service Mentioned: Allegiant Air Flight.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
