I had to cancel my flight 7 days ahead . i tried calling the customer service number and the option choices kept circling every time i selected a option it started back to the beginning . I finally got another number by that time it was within the 7 days. I fly this airline all the time and i think they could have made some kind of exception since their customer line was not working correctly .

I missed my flight on Saturday due to illness and wanted to get a later flight, however, there is absolutely no way of getting anything resolved in a timely manner. I made numerous attempts at being able to speak to an Allegiant customer service representative, with no success. It is suggested that due to the wait for a phone call that you proceed with the online chat. That failed, as well. HELP PLEASE !

" due to illness" This is an EASY fix!!! Pull the terms YOU agreed to, find the illness clause and you should be fine.. If the said clause doesn't exist, Sin Loi....You're out of luck.

They need to be more responsible for minors

Allegiant Air is only going to compensate me for the air flight. After I lost a day of work and had to drive two and a half more hours to go pick up my son. And I also just found out I have stage 1 breast cancer so it was not a good week for me. This is never happened to us but we will continue using Allegiant Air just because it's affordable and to non-stop flights.

Only a FOOL would allow a minor to fly this or ANY other discount airline. This airline and other discount airlines have frequent delays and cancellations. If you were able to find this site to whine, you have a connection to the internet to do basic research beyond price.

Cancel my flight due to covid

I have sent two emails within the last week, called 3 times to 2 different numbers and cannot connect to anyone. I tested positive for Covid-19, I have a flight for August 12 which I spent over $900 on for my kids and I to see family in NY &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; now we are in quarantine and unable to make the flights. I need someone to assist me in either refunding my money or doing a voucher in the amount I paid. Preferably the refund as I do need the funds.I'lll be out of work and have bills to pay so the $900 would cover my bills. Please someone, anyone, I am desperate for help and the time is coming closer to the flight departure. I need help! Thank you.

Charged for baggage as a Veteran

I flew on allegiant 13-21 July and was charged baggage fees even though I used my MILITARY ID to check in both times. I was even charged oversized fees while checking in with my MILITARY ID. I have tried calling numerous times and have been on hold several hours just to be disconnected half way though the wait!!!! Then, I have sent 4 emails through their customer service form with no reply. This is ridiculous! I would like to speak to a customer service live human representative.

My flight 896 was to st petersburg florida, the flight was 2 hours late and i was not informed, when i got to board the flight attendents seemed crabby and not nice at all when i got to my seat my seat had chips all over them and also all over the area of the floor seemed like noone cleaned our area and there was also wrappers. Some of the lady attenddents had on very strong perfume that over whelmed the cabin, i do not think they should be wearing perfume in case a person has an allergic reaction. hopefully i can get a free trip out of the hassles i had to deal with Thank you very much Deanna Mercer

I bought a ticket 6/12/2021.new charges showed up 7/15/2021 the charges near 1400 dollars this was caught by my bank who notified me. You need to look in to immediately. I have been a customer of yours for years however this has put me in a in a bad situation. I had to cancel my card witch has ruined my vacation .your customer service phone line is the worst!!! And if this wasn't caught it could have been a disaster for me

This is a 2 part comment. On July 14 my flight was delayed by 4 hours because 5 trucks used to empty the plane's toilet were broken. You knew this the evening before yet you failed to take action. I missed an important meeting in Springfield, Mo, The domino effect cause me delays which resonated into Thursday night . My first time flying with Allegiant was a horrible experience. The second part of my comment deals with the flight attendants. In spite of all that is going on the flight attendants were very understanding and helpful during the situation and that was the only thing Allegiant Airline had in its favor. I would like to thank the crew of flight 2132.

I was on flight 5031 from Eugene OR to LAX and the flight was supposed to leave on Friday July 9, 2021. Flight was called off and rescheduled for the following afternoon and was delayed many hours again. I was told that we would receive compensation of $175, which I did, but was also told we would receive an extra $100, which I did not. After spending an extra $350+ and losing one day of vacation I feel that additional compensation should be made.

I was on an Allegiant Flight #2034 that was cancelled...I had to stay over and pay for a hotel room, taxi, food etc....I was given a preloaded debit card for $250 which CANNOT BE REGISTERED.....I have tried to no avail to get Allegiant to give me another card a check or whatever ,,,they won't even answer my calls or my emails.

I realized my daughters flight was never confirmed and she did not have a seat on our flight home. It was an awful feeling and I couldnt find a representative to talk to to get help. I ended up live chatting with edreams and they were worthless. I didnt understand why her flight was rejected and they couldnt tell me. It was very upsetting and took up most of my evening. In a time of need no one was available to help. You nickle and dime for everything

I flew with my two grandchildren from VPS to TYS on 13 Jun 21. Planes had been delayed due to weather so workers tired but so were customers. She was cranky and rude upon check in which set the tone for rest of travel that evening. With the delays I felt like Allegiant should had given out drinks and snacks without charging. Also due to delays the plane was not cleaned properly inside. It was a terrible experience for myself and grandchildren. I would like a refund for tickets I purchased and baggage fee.
