I recently purchased a ticket for a friend coming from Las Vegas to Santa Maria Ca. I requested wheelchair access.

My friend has congestive hear failure and can not walk more then 10 feet without being compromised. Upon arrival in Santa Maria, they refused to push her to the baggage pick up area. As most times, one picks up passengers at that area, she had to wait for me to find her, push her to baggage to find it was closed. I then tracked down her luggage at the desk.

When leaving to go back to Las Vegas, they had no one to push her through security, but asked a fellow passenger to push her. Embarrassing and NOT the passenger's duty. I realize Santa Maria is a small airport, but WHY do you advertise wheelchair assistance and then not provide it.

I should at least have my Priority Boarding money be returned. Flight 503 for Barbara Laina.

Reason of review: Inadequate airport assistance paid for to Allegiant.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Allegiant Air Cons: Price scam.
